I have done pretty much R & D and it looks like things are not in good shape. I guess we need to get togeather and talk to the owner.

1. There is a new paper advertisement saying that this property is not approved by BDA, which we know.

But the Point is that they have not submitted the any papers for approvals. But they claim that approvals under progress.

2. I talked to the landlord there and it seems they have just paid 25 lakhs advance, and they are trying to chase the owner but they are not able to find him.

It seems they will give lawyer notice.

3. Itseems they have encroached 13 acres of land of BMTC is being encroached. It has come in Times newspaper 21st September
