I have my salaried account with HSBC . On 16th july I tried withdrawing funds from HDFC ATM (S1ANMU83) at Bandra using my HSBC debit card.
Due to some known reason I didn't received any funds from the ATM but the same has been debited from my HSBC account.
I raised the complaint with HSBC customer care on 16th July (complaint no. 2907381311) and had been told that the transaction reversal will be done in 8 working days. Since then I have been following up with HSBC and there is no progress on the case.
