The document has not delivered till date. We have checked in ur site & it is showing that route diverted & reached at Visakhapattanum on 16.1.09. Matter most urgent. We had not belived that such type of careless job can be done by First Flight courier for which 3 nos trucks are waiting at Ichhapuram & 30 dealers are waiting in BBSR.

Transporter will charge additional charge for ur silly mistake.

However, we request you to deliver the docements today positevely.
