Still there is no progress by our builder he had committed before 31st dec and he is not on his words we all society people are frustrated by his commitmens pl guide us should we lodge a police complaint against him pl reply soon need a permanent solutuion on this

As per our discussion you had told me that you have send a letter to our green court developers but still builder has not taken it seriously and he had told us that he will hand over all the swimming pool as well as gymnasium health club facilities to us till 31st dec but he has taken it very easily after sending a notice from ur side also pl look in to the matter and pl suggest some solution.

My self Amit Jadhav staying at 108 B wing Tansy Building, Green Court Orchid, Behind Vasai Court, Vasai west have purcased a flat in the premises and staying here from November with my family. Now ours building has a formed by society handed over by builder from last 1 year also we have taken a stilt parking for car which our builder has charged Rs.50, 000/- to me and but has given areceipt of Rs.10000/- to me as well as many residents who have took parking, also as we have paid rs.15000/-for Corpus fund to builder he had also promised to give us Swimming Pool With Filtration plant he had committed all this basic nesseciities as well as Security problem, Gymanssium fulfilled With Equipments, Garden, Library, Indoor Games, BadminttonCourt With Appox Coat copy all our builder had committed last november 08 but as per the commitments 0f 2 months year has been passed also we have complained this august 09 for the same thing he had promised last year still there is no nay hope of completion he has also kept is office in our Tansy CHS LTD Premises in Flat No 103 AWing as well as he has unauthorizely kept a site office in our premises in Stilt Parking Area also has No Electric Meter For the Same Site Office which is Situated in Stilt Parking he also was doing Theft from our societys meter which we have also complained to local MSEDC LTD OFFICE AT VASAI GAON he uses it from his 103 A wing Flat also before formation of Society Buider was taking care of Maintainence of our Society Because he had collected Advance 1 Year Maintainence Charges from all our flat owners but while handover we asked him the balance sheet he said society no one to ask me for any balance sheet or funds remaining also every time we ask for any basic nessecities which we have mentioned above he takes time from us but doesnt fulfill it pl help sir in this case all our society members are in hope for Justice.
