Hi My name is ashwin.my mobile no is 9021375073. I activated JADDU15 pack on my no. through no *777#. After that in few min i got confirmation msg and my balance deducted by 15Rs.but actually that schme was not activaed on my no. After that i made a call to customer care they suggest me to wait 48 hrs.after 48 hrs. After that i tried very hard to made a call to customer care but due to poor service i cant.then 16 aug i called to cc from my brother's no. they told me i should have to cal to cc within 3 days.
