DEACTIVATION OF MY SCHEMES WITHOUT ANY REASON

i m using airtel gsm prepaid from past 3 years my no is 9872358957 . i was using a scheme call rate 15 paise A TO A 10 paisa local sms and 30 paise std sms .but recently i found that my schemes are deactivated without any reason or activation of new scheme so please respond my complaint as soon as possible i had alraedy register a complaint my reference no is0922504742
