NOT Returning the Remaining rupees after paying the fare

Respted Sir,

I am waiting for the bus at ADALAJ-X stand. The Bus with No. GJ-18 8348 is arrived at the stand. When the Conductor asked for the pay for ticket, after paying fare he didn't give the extra remaining rupees saying that he don't have change right now. After reaching the last stand of route (also my stop) i again enquired about the change so he behaved in very rude manner and saying some dirty words about the college boy.and i don't gate the change in the end.

I had given the 50 RS and the fare is 14,
