UNSATISFACTORY REPLY

I got a guess purse from my husband for Christmas. After the busy period of Christmas, I started using this purse in January and after opening it a few times, discovered that everything felll out of a certain pocket in the purse. Thinking that it was a faulty purse and stitched on the incorrect side, I went back to the Guess shop at Eastgate to explain the situation. They told me that it was a "lefthanded" purse. I have never heard of that. I demonstrated to them what happens when opening the purse and was told that they would discuss it with the managaress the next day. I had to phone them again and eventually just got an SMS informing me that they had spoken to the Operational Manager who said they cannot exchange the purse as it had been used (obviously it has been used that is how I discovered the problem) and they would not be able to sell it again. I am very unhappy about this as these purses are not cheap. Who do I need to speak to now to get some satisfaction.
