I transferred money INRs.35, 420/- to NRI A/C No. 0004 0303 3787 on 04/07 at DOHA-QATAR.

In India, Bangalore my brother withdrawn Rs, 20, 000/- but the balance is showing only Rs, 5420/- remaining Rs, 10, 000/- is missed from NRI account.
