From the tikona internet problem

Sir, Madam my name is shyam sunder and i have a internet shop in main bazar pahar ganj new delhi 110055 i get one internet connection from tikona internet company in the may the company worker gave me plan he said me first that this is the best plan in India we are very faster internet so i believe him and i gave him my voter id card photo copy and 500rupees cheque he give service nothing after when he collect the cheque he did not come again and i try to call every time to him he did not collect my phone then i call to costumer care service but no body give me replay good they did not give me my password to start the internet connection till then 20-25 days and after when they give only one day its work very good and till then now its not working when i call to costumer care no answer and now one person he came to me with the bill and he said me if i not give he will do another way to collect the bill

so please tell me if i did not used that the internet connection and why i will pay them to big amount

please replay me what i will do
