We have booked for our vehicle service on 13th, Jan.'11 and given the vehicle for service on 21st, Jan.'11 at 9.30Am. The below are the complaints given by me.: Brake O/H and Service.

By today the date is 28th, Jan.'11. Still work has not finished. The promised delivery time they have given to me was 25th, January'11 at 6.00pm. There is not even an information given to me regarding the status of my vehicle.
Then its not a promised time. Worst commitment and also very worst service in Puducherry.
From this, Its proves their Service Quality and Bad Customer service.
Due to Hasan Honda's bad customer service, The sale of the vehicle will go down and also creates a bad name on a branded Honda...
