Subject—regarding bill discrepancy of 9997437999

Previous complaint no... 34208406 (date—08.10.10), 34881208 (13.12.10), franchise complaint to Sri Ganga communication (to miss sandhya madam)

My plan—9897137999 (249 50=299, advance rental)

9997437999 (998 Superlite plan, advance rental)

R/ sir,

I am a consumer of airtel services last four years. I have two numbers viz; 9897137999 & 9997437999 (addone).first number is my parent number and second one is child or u can say addone (I said addone because when it were selling to me your execuitive mr. rahul saying me again & again for that and I confirmed it many times) now I face a critical problem.

Previous

When child number –9997437999 (addone) calls to parent number –9897137999, charge was .10 (ten paisa) paisa. And it was happen and running smoothly last Oct—09.i sent to you some bill copy as evidence.

Now current

After oct bill -09 that it charge me .50 paisa (fifty paisa) to till date. That problem I was found when my bill charge increase day by day. And your executive was said me when child (addone call me only that for .10 paisa, if parent call to child charge should be .50 paisa (fifty paisa.)

After that I logged our complaint to customer care and getting the resolution, most of the time airtel executive saiying me that your plan isn’t addone and it haven’ any feature of .10 paisa .if is it possible why Airtel charge me .10 paisa in my previous bills.

i hope so you give me resolution as soon as possible..
