Non refund of deposit money

I, Rajat Kalia S/o AVM VN Kalia VSM, resident of 94 Lodhi Estate, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, was a subscriber of Hathway Internet Connection in Bangalore. I have surrendered my connection and deposited back the modem on 29 Jun 09 as I have shifted due to the nature of my job. As per the policy, the company has to refund the initial deposit of Rs 1000/- (One Thousand only) paid be me. However, the same has not been done till date. I have contacted Customer Care of Hathway (Tel No 080 – 40161616) numerous times, but unfortunately, nothing positive had happened. Certain occasions the Client Service Executive has give me compliant numbers (3343977 on 02 Sep 09, 3364172 on 10 Sep 09, 3480432 on 09 Oct 09). I have tried to contact Nodal Officer Mr Satish Kumar on Mobile No 9611896584 (details of Nodal Officer as displayed on Hathway Site), however failed to do so because he never answered to my calls. On 09 Oct 09, while lodging complaint again on Customer Care (Complaint No 3480432 on 09 Oct 09), I informed the Customer Care Executive that I am proceeding to lodge a formal complaint against the company at appropriate forum. The customer care executive promised me that they will send the amount to me (as he used to promise always whenever I lodge the complaint). However, till date I am not in receipt of the same
