I have paid 3 months of advance on my hathway internet connection, but every month the package gets expired and gets renewed only after I call their helpline. On asking they said that their software aotomatically cuts of the connection. What I want to know is that if they cant provide seamless service why are they taking money in advance? If I have to give them a call every month why did I pay all that money in advance.
