We had taken a 256 Kbps broadband connection from Hathway in May. In October the service prodider suddenly terminated the connection. Hathway had charged Rs. 1000 as installation fees. When we contacted Hathway, they replied that nothing could be done now and the money was as good as lost.
I am still in a state of shock about the apathy and unprofessional conduct demonstrated by the company.
Please don't subsribe to Hathway for any internet connection
