Non-Refund of Modem Deposit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have subscribed to their cable internet in March 07 and paid the quartrly usage charges in adavnce in March 07 along with refundable security modem deposit of Rs 1000 (thier receipt no. S98972 dated 11 Mar). Before I avail thier services, I was moved out of Chennai to Hyderabad and returned their modem and reqyested several times for refund of security deposit. No Action was taken for the last 6 months
