Hathway - Cable TV set top BOX
NOT working since 2 months - no free replacement & also took away the faulty set top box

My Hathway SET TOP BOX is not working since 2 months. The local cable operator took away saying the same shall be replaced free of cost.. Till date there is no response & they too are blaming the HATHWAY company that... they are not responding...
