Irresponsible attitude and poor services

I am using Hathway internet broadband services at Chennai for past one year. Not a single the services of Hathway found to be good. Most of times it does not work and if it works it does not even maintain atleast 50% of speed of their assurance. If you ring to their customer service centre, it will take atleast 15-25 min to get connected to thier most inefficient staff. The response will be very callous and irritating. After constant follw up for minimum of 5-7 days, the service will be restored at very low speed. Even the complaints to thier CEO or senior authorities will not be any use. They claim to be subsidiary of Star TV group while promoting thier door to door sales. But it is BAD sign for reputation of STAR TV group. I could not take other internet services from BSNL as I was told that it will take minimum of 6-9 months due to long pending list. The speed and services of Reliance Broadband are very poor as per my past experience but they squeeze money from you in all means while billing. The minimum package cost of TATA broadband is very high and has its own administrative problems. SIFY does not cover our area in Chennai. So I need to depend on mediocre Internet services from Hathway only. Let us hope for some good and reliable company to take over affairs of Hathway Company to provide efficient services to helpless customers like me in near future.
