Regarding HSBC credit card

Hi there,

I had some outstanding on my HSBC credit cards and I wanted to pay off the amount, but I had to travel abroad due to my work. I called them many times, but they did not tell me the final amonut and now they ahve increased my amount to more than 2 lacs. On contacting them via e-mail they told me to contact:

0120 2517601: gaurav girdhar

0120 2517629: abdul

0120 2517611: dutt

Strangely, all the numbers are ringlng. Strange what database HSBC is using. I am fed up with this and I do not know whom to contact to pay off my total outstanding. Instead, they are increasing my outstanding amount every month. Pls help!!
