Not attending the complaint

Sir i am having the hcl desktop & iam complaining from last two months but they are not responding to the complaint .last person visited my place on 27/06/08 against complaint no.271-6108 after that they are not responding .at customercare they gave me the no.of mr neeraj -their senior consultant but he never picks the phone. his phone no. is 9250214145 . serial no. of my machine is 305PAQ046614 . please take care . my mobile no. is 9899355453
