Complaint of desktop

Sir,

l have hcl desktop computer within 2 years of warranty.ther is starting problem in our computer.when we press the "power on" button.my computer is not starting.i did lots of calls to service center but they are not responding.i have lot of work becoz of this problem.pls make a soltion for me.
