Poor after sales service by HCL Service point

I had purchased one HCL Beanstalk Computer on the 7th Janurary (machine Sr. No. B064AQ211926). I got the wrranty for after sales service for another two years on the 26th December by paing a sum of Rs.3, 900/- (vide invoice no. ACLNDSRV200712072).

This system is experencing some technical problems since the moth of August. Despite complaints and reapeted reminders (Comp. Nos 078080095 dated 7/8 and 1990880057 dated 19/9) HCL Service POINT is not bothering to rectify these problems. Although, in the meantime two engineers have visited my place but neither did they rectify these problems nor di they issue any job receipt, which seems fishy).

Kindly help me in getting my system rectified or help me in initiating legal action against the Company so that they take back their machine and giove me the money I have spent on the same.
