Faulty battery and adapte

Dear,

I have complaint about my Faulty battery and adapter which is submitted for replacement on date 23/10/09 at HCL tower, 360, marol military road marol naka, andheri east mumbai-400057. But they havn't take any action about complaint even i have called so many times. Only they told me u call after two days. my jobsheet number is 5305006062.
