Sms recharge

I am from bangalore my number is 9916423975 i recharged with 31RS sms pack but that is not recharged then i called to custmer care they told me it is not applicable to ur number u recharge with 49rs sms pack. i recharged some one dealer, what i am asking why they r accept my recharge then they r replayed me ur recharge successfully why they r accepting my recharge why they r not send the sms like this u r not appelicable this plan u go to this plan, first of all ur customer care is not good it is wrost they r not answering properly, now i want refund my amount 31 rs

please solve this problem customer satisfaction is important do this one
