We write to inform you that one of our system at Pannimade Estate is not working from 15.05.2008 and informed to your office at Coimbatore and Udumelpet and assured that your service engineer will be attending the same on 17th May-08 and till date nobody has turned up.

Kindly make necessary arrangements to rectify the same at the earliest.
