Replace ment of Desktop

Dear Sir

I have bought HCL desktop with serial number 4084AZ410682 The machine has -Pentium Dual Core, 2.80 ghz-configuration. The machine was purchased since 2 months from now.

This macine was bought from - your authorised sales Dealer

The system gets hanged up Or reboot even while after two hour

requires a system configuration very much lesser than my computer.

with regard to this complaint i called up for the service Center about 10 to 23 times till now.but they where unable to clear the complaint.

Then i asked them for replacement of the computer and they are giving

unhealthy reasons and are delaying the replacement.

please take necessary action and give justice..

Please Guide me what I do because the service people do not Serious about the complant
