HCL LAPTOP
No proper display of images

I bought a hcl laptop the previous year; after one month of its purchase i encountered tha images are not clear wenever i browse...

i even called the hcl helpline and the dealer concerned regarding the same and they suggested me to download java runtime environment and i did the same.. but to my dismay there was no improvement in the display of images and my problem remaine unsolved!!

plzzz help me in solving my problem!!
