The dvd rom is not working & the company give not a good responce for servious & rechange

Hello, sir my name is somdutt saini . i have a hcl laptop model . i have some problem in my dvd rom & i already submit a complaint in company head office . but after one month they could not give me a resoens, they couldn't provide me a good servious, & after job card they not change my dvd rom.
