) i have baught hcl laptop s.no-a084x142532 on26 jan.after that i find its battery back is only one hour, after that i complained on its customercare but they didnt take it seriosly and told me to contact nearest service station. i contct thr and they replaced battery in about one month, but problem is as such.icontct them again and they said to bring the laptop to them. i am 100 km away from service center, and abusy doctor, what shoud i do?
