I have HCL Laptop sno. C083A1224712 which keyboard was not working given to Gwalior HCL Touch in the name of Hemant Yadav vide service slip no.348787 dated 12/09. Concerning person has told that keyboard new will come after 7 days and asked me to contact. I have contacted in reply they have told me that keyboard not yet come contact after 2-3 days. After 3 days again I have contacted and received reply that keyboard is arrived you can come after contact us. I have contact again they have told me to come to service center when engineer present. My self again connected then they have told to come after half hour. I went there in reply I received message that keyboard not yet arrived. In this way 40 days have passed no body is showing responsible
