Rude & Irresponsible behaviour of employee

I have taken an auto loan in the name of my wife Shashi Saxena (Loan Account no. 1084732) with auto debit facility from my wife's saving bank A/C No. 2251000053481In HDFC Bank Rajpur Road DehraDun. Every thing went right till yesterday when one Naina Contacted on my mobile phone that I have five bouncings and all that in between the months of March'05 & october'05. My repeated query as why the bank did not contact me for the same within that period or somewhere in the nearfuture were unheard & not only this that particular lady tried to use almost abusive language like "Bouncing charge to dena hi Parega" I am a respected government officer holding a class I post. if I am lawfully bound to pay anything that is good but every citizen has got the very basic right to know the cause of offence, he is being penalised. It is very shameful from employees of such banks to hear such threating answres when large no. of nationalised & other banks are ready to serve in the society.

through this complaint I want to know the cause of delay in informing the bouncings if any and also your course of action towards that particular unruly employee.

A formal information in this will be highly appreciable.
