No Brousher Inside the pack fraduary Offers & Custmor Care misbehaveou

complaint no.1, no.2, no.3

I've bought a pre-paid Gold card last month, Mob no.9995575044.

while opening the packet i did not find the Brousher, So i asked the details to the retailer about the card & i confermed from the custmor care.

They said I've 500 airtel to airtel free calls.when i dialled *123#i seen the message written i have 500 airtel to airtel free calls & validety till 2009[this message was shown till 11/06/09]. I done airtel to airtel some what 50 to 60 calls. I have got free till 20 days.& i have got charged for somecalls from this 60 calls.

I have called custmor care to complaine about this matter.

she said that it is incorrect, this sim does not provide any free calls. And said sorry in a slight rough manner and cutted the phone while speeking..

No3) again i called and i asked her that i was asking some qustion why you cutted the phone.& again i said same matter it did not provided & she she said she will connect seniour executive, it gone ringing no one picked up.

Should we have to meet in oomoods men court. if not please do the needs
