It is shame that I had a executive from HDFC call me and absue me, he called from this mobile number 9379037544. I have been using HDFC card for the past 10 years and I have a Titanium card - 5289451000641791. I had been traveling recently and I had delayed to pay my credit card bill. This particular person who did not say his true name, so called him Ramesh, called me and abused me. I am with some clients for a project pitch and we were in discussion to finalise a deal. This person kept started to use local language (KANADA) and absue me.

First i do not understand KANADA, second I had told the phone executive that once our clients move back, i shall do a transfer of money, he called me a LIER and for not KEEPING FOR THE PROMISES.

I should be more worried on my account having being charged for late payment.. and interest rate that the bank charges me on. The way the person spoke to me, i now feel that i should not pay the money... like many of the defaulters... I think there is NO WORTH TO BE A GOOD CUSTOMER...

THANKS HDFC BANK FOR MAKING ME LEARN THIS LESSON IN A BAD WAY.
