NOT GIVING INFORMATION IN WRITING OF CANCELLATION OF B/L REF NO. 14606936

I am denied loan from hdfc bank ref no. 14606936 on the reason that i am defaulter of hsbc bank od a/c and on the other hand hsbc is saying that we are receieving payments from you regularly. But hdfc bank is not giving me information in writing as i was told by their sales manager Ms. SARABJIT mob.no.9312807503. I want to ask you one thing that why i am denied by asking R.T.I.
