To ; Hdfc bank

Dear Sir,

This is to complain towards Hdfc bank - thakur village- angan row house branch which was previuosly centurion bank.

They are harassing and not closing self Lalita girish mishra account.

First they told to activate account which we did then after 3 days saying still not activated come tomorrow, next day saying u dont have id proof, 3rd day saying conver account into minor account, next day saying we are not getting papers hence cannot do.

Can somebody put sense in mangagers head or we need to put the case in court.

please advise.
