I am using HDFC bank account since last 2 years and u would not believe kind of services which i got. I really got fantastic services from your side. I have bank and credit card account with you.

Today (on 28th may, 09), when i went to one of your branch which is in sector 26 Noida. I want to change my signatures as i forgot my previous one which i did on my papers during opening of the account. and as i always forget my signatures i was trying to do the easiest one. Then one of your Personal Banker (Kiran walia) (Emp id-K-186) started behaving just like unprofessionals. I request her for the second form.she (very rudely) told me that "mam Please do it fast, i dont have much forms". I think this is not the way to treat a customer.she was very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.

I would appreciate if u teach her hw to deal a customer as customer dont know much abt your bank rules. U people are the one who act like mediator.

Kindly take some immediate action againt her as it is a sign of bad future for your company. As banks are just to help us.
