I have a credit card of HDFC Bank. At 15/05 I got a message alert on my mobile regarding to purchase in Big Bazaar. Immediately I checked my card that was not in my wallet and I called to HDFC Customer care to block the card. After that a bank employee came to meet me and took the signature on dispute form. I submit it with FIR copy. At that time he told me about the detail (use and time of uses) of all transaction done by my card on 15 may. There were four transactions on that day. And bank sent me the message on forth (last transaction). And also told that “You have to pay the amount”. After the blocking the card on the next day (16 May) it was swapped in Reliance fresh that is opposite to Bombay hospital and that transaction is cancelled due to block of the card. This information gave by employee and told “I am unable to go there because of decline of transaction so you may go and check on the security camera”. After that I went to Reliance fresh. But I got no clue. Then I went to HDFC bank to told about that at that time they told me that person try two times on the ATM. One on 13 may at Alankar Point. The second ATM of HDFC at opposite to Magdut Garden. Than I told “this time we caught the culprit”. Then he told “There is no security camera on that ATM”. After the investigation they send me a later that according to “Zero Liability” this is my mistake and I have to pay the amount.
