Amount debited from ATM

Dear Sir,

On 1 st Aug 09 at 7.45 pm evening time, I had tried to withdraw Rs 4000 and Rs 3000 from HDFC bank ATM, Located at parel but both time I got the messege " Transaction denied dut to network problem". But when I have taken the mini statement total Rs 4000 and Rs 3000 was deducted from my a/c. That means total Rs 7000/- was deducted from my a/c without having money in my hand.

I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank A/C number -003201019333.My complaint number is SR114423114 and SR114423190.Nobody from ICICI Bank have yet responded to me.

Please do the needful.
