Poor customer service

Started the procedure of opening a savings and current account at the secunderabad branch in the first week of june.needed a few facilities with that.a procedure which should generally take 7 to 8 working days has still not been completed causing great amount of mental discomfort.inspite of a call and a letter to the manager he has not bothered getting back.some representatives are following up the issue at their own pace.
