Very irretating service of hdfc bank

Dear sod,

I am B.kiran goud having account in hdfc bank i lost my ATM debit card i: e on 1st of september and i

asked for block my ATM card that is done and i went to hdfc bank to apply for new ATM card i: e on 6th of

september and staff of hdfc bank she said that your card will be issuing within seven days after seven days i didnt receive my card and i called for phone banking people she said that within short days you will get your card and again i called for call center people they said your card is being issued stating that within 5 days you will receive your card to your mailing address this is after 15 days i had a patience for some more days after 5 days and i called for call center she said that right now system are busy stating that i will cal u aft 10 minute she didnt call that day the naxt day i called again i got irretated and she said that your card is issued and that your cardis at allwal branch you have to go and collect your card on 2nd of octember i went to branch and i collected my card after that after 20 days i didnt even receive my ATM pin number and today again she said that yor pin is posted to your mailing address and that is mis placed and we can not trace out your card and again she is telling that you can apply for new pin request very stupid service of hdfc bank and they are not able to belive there customer also for issuing card of atm stupid service of hdfc bank so please take immediate action on hdfc bank my account number is 06321610005713 hope u will take immediate action on hdfc bank
