Wealth management Services not activated

I applied for activation of wealth management serices offered by HDFC Bank. I filled up the form and handed over to Mr. Kanwaldeep Singh on 31- May at Deer Park Branch (Delhi).

Despite several assurances by Mr. Kanwaldeep Sing (Relationship manager), my account has still not been activated as of today (16-July). HDFC has no satisfactory reply for non-activation of my services. This service normally takes 10-12 working days, however in my case it has not been done for more than 40 working days.

I still don't know when this service will get activated.
