Payment dedudcted of not cleared cheque of Rs.25875

I have applied in the Reliance Power Limited IPO alongwith my Account cheque No521187 Date 16/01 of HDFC Bank Ltd, Sector – 16, Gandhinagar Branch amounting to Rs.25875/-

During my enquiry M/s Karvy Computer shares has asked that my cheque has not realized.

I have received back this cheque with Remarks: Return Unpaid Reason: Fund Insufficient

However it is surprise to note that this amount debited from my HDFC Bank Account No.01901000046430 on Dt :24/01/08

This is very serious matter. My amount of Rs.25875/- is held up by HDFC Bank without any reason since last 3.5 months

Therefore it is requested to deposit this amount (i.e. Rs.25875/-) along with 12 % interest. at the earliest.
