Harrasment From HDFC Bank Collections Agency

Hi,

I have a HDFC bank credit card & I want to close it. There was some outstanding balance on the card & I have not used it for months now. Bank has been putting on finance charges & interest instead of instructions by me to close this card. Now, Collections Agency people call me & my family members & use filthy, abusive language & words for collection. I am not in a financial position to pay the card.

I asked for settlement & the collections rep. started misbehaving with me & used words like Bhikari & Fraud & threatened me of dire concequences. I cannot pay the amount quoted by the collections agency as going through a bad fianancial situation.

I just want these calls to stop & bank to give me an alternative payment method to clear my card once & for all. I do not wish to keep any relationship with HDFC bank just because of the collections agency s behaviour.

Please put forward my complaint. I get calls from a girl named Shweta who calls from Rajauri Garden, New Delhi from 011-431 45000, 011-662 19031, 011.

PLEASE STOP HARRASING ME, IT S GIVING ME & MY FAMILY A LOT OF MENTAL STRESS.
