Dear sir

I have geted a phone call from HDFC Bank, Safdarjung Enclave, Deer Park branch regarding a car lone dues (Rs. 550) due to insufficeint amount in A/c. We have write a check angaist dues payment then we request to check receiver to waived off that panelty amt (550). he did the promise to waived off such amount. After 9 months we have received a call from said Branch. Miss Sakshi Malhotra haved called and tell us such amount. we have gave all details to her regarding tha balance amount (Rs. 550) then she started the talking very rudely and misbehaved with us.

We haven t know idea about such balance payment. but if your customer relation executive talk in such manner (mental harrasment) then ofcourse they showing a bad image of HDFC bank in market. so we request you please take an approprite action against her or we have to take any legal action against her.
