Problem with the Banking operation in Branch Code – 282

Respected Sir/Madam

I am very unfortunate to late you that having A/c in a branch of yours in Konnagar I am getting harassed day in and day out. Here are three instances which has changed my life towards Neorocycosis.

First Instance :

Initially when HDFC Bank Ltd. opened their operation in Konnagar I was requested to open an a/c (A/C No.2821000004376) with Rs.2, 500/- as quarterly balance. Then I started my operation on the a/c. This is all about 2002. Then in November I joined TCS (Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.) and March TCS came up with ESOP of share for their employees. Under this circumstance I have been asked my Co. to open a Demat A/c. along with a Zero balance Salary A/c. with HDFC Bank Ltd. But here in this case in the signature part I have given official initial signature which is totally differed with the previous HDFC banks a/c.’s signature. Then I issued a cheque of Rs.60, 000/- for 75 shares under ESOP scheme. The cheque was given from newly open salary a/c. But in the mean time HDFC Bank changed my signature and as a result of that I did’t get the share which is a loss of round Rs.2, 00, 000/- in today’s scenarios.

I want clarification from the bank

· How this type of Forgery can happen in such a big organization and

· I have been running after the branch manager of HDFC Bank Ltd., Konnagar Branch with the case but did’t get any response. So I want a compensation of Rs.2, 00, 000/-.

Second Instance

I have taken a personal loan based on HDFC Bank’s facility towards the TCS People. I was so busy at that point time with schedule work that I did’t have time to visit the nearest HDFC Bank’s branch. So one person came and he has taken all the relevant documents and cheques from me. Later after six months I have been started to get abusive Phone calls from HDFC Bank and one day it reached to such an extent that my aged father hearing their (Tele Callers) abusive language fallen ill. Then I informed HDFC Bank, Konnagar branch and they found after investigation that I had got the loan because of the salary a/c.

although the cheques were taken of different a/c. of the same branch. Then they resolve the matter. Till now everything is going OK. But I want compensation for the misbehaviour and unethical, nonprofessional behaviour of the bank tele callers toward my aged ailing parents.

Third Instance

Recently I have applied for one more personal loan of Rs.1.5 lacs from the same branch of the same bank but even after signing the agreement and provided the three blank cheques one fine afternoon I have been informed that my loan request has been turned down. After that when I call of the Credit Manager Mr. Anirban Dutta for the reason of declination he miss behaved with me which can be explained in words.

But I need this loan because I am a patient of chronic Pancreatitis I have to pay Rs.1.5 lacs to company abroad to bring some costly medicine for me otherwise my days will be numbered. So please try to help me by availing myself with the loan.

At the end I am again requesting you to look into the matters with patience and bits emotion and try to get me the problem solved by (i) Compensation for

the first instances. (ii) Approval of Personal Loan
