Hdfc Bank/Two Wheeler Loan
Miss charging loan premium

Dear Sir

Myself Jaswant Singh Nagar S/o. Shri. Ramjas Nagar, H. No. 188 Vill. Shahbad, P.O. Tigaon main road, Dist. Faridabad, Haryana 121004

I have received a registered a mail from Hdfc Bank on dates 18.12.2008 which showes that i have miss my premium amout but it is done by yourself. You said that my premium amount is not pay on time. whos time is 5-6th of the month. but we are paying our premium amount by ECS through bank and we have given you five checks of our account (My father's). then saw the bank statement as in our bank pass book which showes that you take payment on 13th of march. and then on 19th of march. But it is not right we have Rs. 2039.78 amount till 11.03.2008 in our account.

PLease tell me what is our fault when you didnot collect the premium amount on due date. And Our Bank charge two time Rs. 80/- from us why we pay that charge amount. And You also charges month by month increasing the amount . till this month charges are come to Rs. 2307/-

we can pay only our premium amount which is 1489/-
