Non receiving of bill.and harrasing ci=ollection calls

Respected Sir,

I am credit card holder of hdfc bank since 7/08.Since then i am not receiving my statements on time. In last 1 yea I barely received 3-4 bills. I am not receiving the bills in mail id as well. For lat year i am making my min payments always on time by looking at the purchaces slip and making the payment imaginary. But in the month of april i lost all the tansaction slip and not received no ball or e-atatement. So I am unable to ake the payment. I have been ompkainug abouythe non receipt of bill alnost every month. I also talk o thr msnsgerd rgarding thr same. But evrytime ther responce is we are looking into the matter. But till last 11 months they cant rectefy the problem. In the monthe of april i talk to a rep regarding the same. He agreed without statement no need o make payment. Now on 13 may 09 i tried to use the card but showed as declined. Then on 14 may i tt a manager named Rajat arora, he said thou its not your fsult still without making min paymnet card cand be used. HE therened me todowhtever i wanna do, i rquested hu-im ti activte th card. Said no and hyng up.ahe aldso said charge dwill continue.

So in the above circumstans-ces i need your helpto solv this issue. Pleasw take a kindlook into the matter and obelige thereby.
