Non Delivery of Speed Post no EW028142661IN

I HDFC bank has send one lette to me by speed post on 17/07 from Mumbai GPO to Jamnagar. Today it is 25/07 but the letter has not yet been delivered. India Post Speed post claim to deliver the speed post with in 48 hours. More than 07 days have passed but the result is zero. I tried to contact the postal department at Jamnagar but as usual, no body picked up the phone.

I want my letter to be delivered immediately without further delay.
