my name is neha shama. i have a credit card from hdfc bank and have outstanding due on it. i possess that card since 2007. i'm making payments to it when they call but today AUG 11th i received 6calls from hdfc and they were abusive due to which i had to bang the phone as i have never ever used such language or heard this... IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS??? i received the calls from 011-42200485 i had a spat with her as she was saying things which she is not supposed to. HER NAME IS NIHARIKA AND SHWETA as she keep changing names... i promised her that i'll make the entire payment in 7-8 days but she is still abusive. so want to register a complaint against her.
I request the HDFC management to take severe action for such indecent humane approach towards customers of your bank. I seek your concrete reply immediately on receipt of this message. I am constrained to take police action against the person who telephoned to me. Awaiting your return reply and action. I assure you that i will settle the payment shortly.
I too belong to legal background; and seriously want somebody to take action against this else i will be forced to take this matter further.
