My name is Bharat Sharma A/C no - 087331140000402 and I want to file a complaint against HDFC Bank employee named Mr. Deepak & her senior Manika, currently located at Ind. Area Phase- 1 Chandigarh. Acctually I want to change my address for that I summited my address change form on 27/10. I was assured by Mr. Deepak the address ll be changed within 7 working days, to take his words for guranted I purchased 15000 Rs Shares from market and I commit my broker that I ll deposit my address proof before 06/11/09 to fulfill all formality to open D MAT ACCOUNT. But when checked out on 07/11/09 the case was still pending, when I visted to Bank no satisfactiory answer was given. My share price was quite down and Broker refused to hold my shares any further in his account as per norms, due to their miscommitment I have to suffer 5000 Rs. loss. Plz do needful help.
